Refund policy

We offer a full refund for unwanted items purchased on our website. If returned they must be undamaged and it will be your responsibility to pay for the return delivery costs.  You have 14 days to decide to return the item. Taylor Grey is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. This policy applies to items purchased online only. A 3% admin fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Items purchased in our showroom in person cannot be returned. Any customised items are non refundable.
