Delivery & Returns

We are based at Court Farm Garden Centre, in Tolworth, Surrey. 

Q: How much will delivery be?

A: This depends on the size of the item/items you have purchased and your location. We work with an excellent courier who delivers nationwide. Please provide your postcode and items for a competitive quote, or alternatively collection can be made by appointment with your own courier or pick-up. Most delivery quotes tend to be between £60 - £120 and these fees are paid directly to the courier company.

Q: How do I obtain a delivery quote?

A: Please contact us via email taylorgreyhome@gmail.com letting us know the delivery postcode and item which you would like delivered or directly by phone on 07958 372259. We can also be contacted on the chat service on the website.

 Q: Where do we deliver to?

A: We offer delivery Nationwide, including Scotland

Q: What happens if I my item has been damaged?

A: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Q: What happens if I want to return the item?

A: We offer a full refund for unwanted items, however they must be undamaged and it will be your responsibility to pay for the return delivery costs.  You have 14 days to decide to return the item. Taylor Grey is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. This policy applies to items purchased online only. A 2% admin fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for details on how to send your return. Any furniture item that has been customised (repainted/adapted) is non returnable.
